  1. The following general sales condition are ordered and performed by   the Italian law. Consequently, the explanation, execution and resolution of the general sales condition will exclusively follow the Italian law. Every disagreement regarding the general condition or sales contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Curt of Asti
  • The images and descriptions on the web site reproduce the characteristics of the products as accurately as possible. These images have to be intended as explanatory, for the purchase contract, the description of the product in the purchase form sent from the user prevail. The picture are purposed to represent the product and may differ from the original in small details such as the indication of the year or graphic updates due to legislative changes.
  • Podere Rocche dei Manzoni di Valentino s.a.s. di Migliorini Rodolfo &C. Loc. Manzoni Soprani n.3 12065 Monforte d’Alba (CN) written as PRDM or RDM, is a registered brand. Photos, texts, descriptions and everything stated on the site are the property of PRDM. Full or partial reproduction of any part of the site is prohibited; the reproduction of texts or photos for any use and in any form and in any case without prior written authorization from PRDM sas is also prohibited.
  • The general sales condition can be amended in every moment. Possible changes and/or new condition come into effect once they will be published on the web site under the selection “sales condition”.  The applicable contractual sales conditions are those in force on the date of sending the purchase order.
  • These general sales conditions do not regulate the sale of products and/or the provision of services by parties other than Prdm who are on the web site via links, banners or other hyperlinks.
  • All product and services on sale are the ones described by the web site, where the name of any descriptions contains essential characteristics of the goods.
  • Upon purchase of the Gift Card, if requested by the customer, an invoice will be issued which is not subject to VAT EXCLUDING ART.2 – as it is a multi-purpose voucher. When using the Gift Card, an invoice with VAT will be issued to the user with reference to the sales made to the same.
  • The Gift Card will be valid one year from the issue date
  • Visits to the cellar respect the following terms and conditions:
    • the payment for this reservation is non-refundable
    • booking date and time are not variable
    • Kindly indicate the booking number in the payment description
    • Guided tours may take place with other people: punctuality is recommended.
    • After 15 minutes of delay on the booking time, the visit to the cellar is no longer guaranteed.
    • We remind you that animals are not allowed in the wine-making rooms.
    • The cost of the visit will be deducted starting from a purchase of €250 in wine per person

This data may be amended or updated to improve the service offered to the consumer.

  • The prices published on the site always include VAT and may be subject to periodic changes without notice. Shipping costs, must be added to the price of the product, where applicable. The price of the goods sold is the one summarized in the order form at the end of the purchase.
  • Prices and stock availability may be subject of changes without notice
  • The sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors. Users of the Prdm site declare that they are adults according to the legislation applicable.
  • Prdm will not be responsible for failure to comply with contractual obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond its reasonable control

Shipping

  1. It is up to the user to check the conditions of the delivered and collected product. Without prejudice to the fact that the risk of loss or damage to the products for reasons not attributable to Prdm is transferred to the user when he physically takes possession of the product, the user is recommended to check the number of products received and the status of the package: not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. The user is also invited, to indicate any anomalies on the carrier’s transport document, accepting the package with reservations. Receipt of the products without reservations does not allows the user to take legal action against the courier or PRDM.
  2. The order can only be delivered to individuals who demonstrate that they are adults, with the exclusion of delivery to post office boxes.
  3. Once the order form has been registered, the order confirmation containing a summary of the general conditions will be sent to the customer at the email address indicated when registering on the site.
  4. Only orders placed though the website will be accepted. The product will be shipped only after receiving confirmation of the payment transfer of the total amount due. In the order confirmation per email, the customer will also find indications of the order number which he must then use in any subsequent communication with Prdm, as well as the billing delivery address.
  5. Shipping rates are detailed on the shipping page. Their amount is expressly and separately indicated, in euros and including VAT, in the product sheet and in the order summary and, in any case, before the customer proceeds with the transmission of the same, as well as in the order confirmation per email.
  6. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data communicated and is required to provide any information that may facilitate delivery.

Damaged shipment

  1. 1-In the case of goods visibly damaged by the courier, it is needed to reject the damaged package or collected “with reserve” on the courier’s note specifying what was visually ascertained. Return costs are paid by PRDM. In the event that the damaged product is out of stock, the user will be contacted for a possible replacement or for the refund of the sum paid.

Delivery time

  • Orders placed by 4pm and paid by credit card or Satispay or Paypal are usually shipped within the next 24/48 hours and will be delivered within 24/48 hours. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding and start unless otherwise provided in the order confirmation.
  • Non-compliant wine title
  • Non-compliant wine refers to wines with defects, cork, oxidation. Non-compliant wine can be replaced.
  • The presumed non-conformity of the wine must be reported by the user via email to PRDM. The text must describe the presumed non-conformity of one or more bottles. This communication must take place within 14 days from the purchase. The order number and the goods collection address must be included in the reporting email. Rdm arranges a free collection at the indicated address.
  • The product must be returned with at least 90% of the original contents and closed with the original cork, appropriately reinserted.
  • In case of breakage of the original cork, you will have to provide another cork that guarantees its tightness but anyway it is a priority to also provide the original cork. The package must be entrusted to the courier in the original packaging, alternatively in packaging suitable to protect the transport of the product. Once the wine has been returned and the non-compliance has been confirmed, a new shipment of bottles of the same type and vintage will be arranged if still available, or a refund of the amount spent by the user for the non-compliant goods
  • PRDM is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user or third parties or to property owned by the user or third parties due to delays in delivery or related to the use of the product.
  • If the person in charge of delivery does not find anyone at the declared address, the goods will be returned to the seller’s headquarters. This will lead to an increase in costs which will be charged to the buyer.
  • For this reason, it is strongly requested to indicate a delivery address where the person in charge of the delivery will be able to always find someone for the delivery of the goods, at the following times from Monday to Friday: 9.00 – 12.30 / 2.00 pm .00 – 18.00.

Payment

  1. The purchase payments can be issued by the check out, though credit card, PayPal, Satispay, advanced bank wire transfer. In the last case the goods will be shipped after the reception on the amount.
  2. The confidential data of the credit card, card number, holder, expiry date, security code, are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment manager without passing through the server used by Prdm. Prdm therefore never has access to and does not store the credit card data used by the user for the payment of the products, even if the user has decided to store the credit card data on the site, with the exception of the name of the credit card holder.
  3. Making the order on the website the user accept to receive the invoice, if requested, just in electronic format. The invoice can be printed and filed as original accorded to the ministerial circular 45/e of 19/10/2005. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided and guaranteed to be truthful by the user will be considered as valid, forced to keep Prdm indemnified from any damage, including sanctions issued by the competent authorities, which may arise to the same in the event of failure truthful correspondence of the same.
  4. Payment by bank transfer must be received within 14 working days from the sending date of the purchase order. Otherwise, the contract will be considered legally terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 1456 c.c. And the order was consequently cancelled.

Right of withdrawal

  1. The purchase on the website of Prdm are subjected to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantee the right to recede for any reason, from the purchase contract. The recede period expires after 14 days from the day on which the user acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user is required to communicate it to Prdm per email sent to shop@rocchedeimanzoni.it. The entire amount of the payment made will be refunded, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day on which Prdm was informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be withheld beyond the days described above until the goods have been received by Prdm. The user is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the same.
  2. For the return of the product, the user can use a carrier of his choice with return costs at the expense of the sender, in this case, the user, after exercising the right of withdrawal in the manner set out, must arrange to return the product to Prdm,  without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which it informed Prdm of its decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the user ships the product before the expiry of the 14-day period. The product, properly protected and packed, must be sent to the following address: Podere Rocche dei Manzoni di Valentino SAS – PRDM Loc. Manzoni Soprani N.3 12065 MONFORTE D’ALBA CN. If the user has used a discount code to purchase the product for which he has exercised the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made only with reference to the amount of money actually spent by the user. In the event that the withdrawal is not exercised in accordance with current legislation, Prdm will reject the request, giving notice to the buyer. The product, if already received by Prdm, will remain at Prdm available to the buyer for collection, which must take place at the expense and under his responsibility.
  3. In all cases where a refund is due to the customer, the amount will be communicated by email, and will be used the same payment chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase. In order to link the bank transfer to the purchase, the customer is required to indicate in the payment description: 1 order number, 2 order date, 3 name and surname of the holder of the order, if different from the holder of the bank account.

Product availability

  1. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the user will be promptly informed by email or telephone if provided. Prdm will make the refund within the maximum period of 14 working days from the date of payment. This amount will normally be credited with the same means of payment used by the user for the purchase. If the unavailable product is a part of a multiple order, Prdm will immediately notify the user by e-mail or telephone if provided.
  2. The user shall be entitled to terminate the contract only with respect to the unavailable product, Prdm shall refund the amount due with respect to that product, including delivery costs
  3. And any other additional costs due specifically in relation to that product without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 working days after placing the order.
